Pricing Information
ED EXPERT is leased as a complete management tool for physician documentation, nurse documentation, prescription writing, discharge instructions, and continuous quality improvement. Since ED EXPERT is a comprehensive Emergency Department management tool, functions cannot be disabled and still maintain the integrity of the complete management tool.
The lease price for the software is $750.00 (seven hundred and fifty dollars) per computer. Optional setup and training charges are $0.25 per patient seen in the Emergency Department in the previous year plus travel expenses from Kansas City.

The price above is for a one year lease. Additional yearly leases are available for $500.00 per computer if ordered within 30 days of the initial order.

The lease includes all updates to the software for the duration of the lease.

Interfaces to hospital systems will be developed on an as needed basis. We cannot guarantee delivery times for hospital interfaces because so much of the interface development process is determined by the other software company.

This offer includes online and email tech support only. If you need tech support by phone we will charge you a per incident fee of $50.00.

You will receive one free email address "yourhospitalname@expertmedicalsystems.com" so you can email copies of charts to referral physicians and billing companies.
This includes setting up your backend database, installing it on your hardware at our office, testing your hardware and ED Expert at our office, and one eight hour day of training at your facility for each 10,000 patient visits. Additional days of setup or training are available at $1000 per day plus travel expenses. We will not be responsible for setting up your network or your printers. You should be sure that all of your computers can access your server and your printers before we arrive. While we will try to help if you have network or printer problems, we will not guarantee that we can correct them and time spent working on your network or printers is time that we will not be available for training or setup.
