ED Expert is a comprehensive Emergency Department management tool designed for use with pen tablets running Microsoft Windows XP. As the name implies, ED Expert is an expert system. The program presents a series of questions prompted by the physical exam and each patient complaint. Questions presented are generated by answers given to previous questions. Questions follow branched chain algorithms designed to fulfill both medico-legal and billing requirements in order to minimize liability and maximize reimbursement.
Office Expert is the stand alone standing module for use in private physician's office to view the medical records created with ED Expert.
